September has blessed the K-drama fans with some memorable dramas. With the onset of October and the nights turning colder, we certainly need some arresting K-dramas to binge-watch from under the blankets!

Here is a list of 5 forthcoming K-dramas to look out for in October:

1) The All-Round Wife:

The All-Round Wife narrates the story of an employed woman (Han Da Gam) who desires to elevate her life by acquiring a house in Gangnam. Nevertheless, she will soon fathom that the people who live with us are a true source of happiness rather than carnal things. The KBS1 will premiere on October 4.

2) The King’s Affection:

The King’s Affection is an adaptation of a Korean comic (manhwa) that features the story of a forgotten crown prince who, in fact, is a woman (Park Eun Bin) in the facade of a man. Further, the drama follows her romantic adventures with her teacher(SF9’s Rowoon). The KBS2 drama will premiere on October 11.

3) My Name:

My Name narrates the tale of a young woman (Han So Hee) who teams up with an organized crime ring after her father’s death. Later, upon their directive, she sneaks into the police force as an undercover officer to dig up the truth behind his death. It’s one of Netflix’s much-awaited drama and will premiere on October 15.

4) Inspector Koo:

Inspector Koo tells the tale of an ex-police officer Koo Kyung Yi (Lee Young Ae), who converts into an insurance detective after her husband’s death. Rather than for justice, she enjoys solving cases for her delight. The JTBC’s mystery crime-comedy drama will premiere on October 20.

5) Reflection of You:

Reflection of You, a Women-oriented K-drama, tells the story of Jung Hee Joo (Go Hyun Jung), who grew up facing hardships due to poverty. However, she now seems to lead a happy life with a prosperous family. But after crossing paths with an art teacher who has a past similar to her, Hee Joo is reminded of her own past. This JTBC drama premieres on October 13.
