Aryan Khan son of Gauri and Sharukh Khan is going to face court today
On this Sunday, NCB busted a live rave party in Mumbai and nabbed high-profile youngsters. The youngsters who were partying on the cruise are either kids of businesspeople or actors. One of those high profile people is none other than gen z sensation Aryan Khan who is the eldest kid of actor Sharukh and designer Gauri Khan. Other than Aryan, police have also captured Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha. Three of them were arrested in wake of Saturday Night’s raid on the cruise and are now in NCB remand until Monday. However, the NCB has now sought the custody of the trio till 5th October.
Apart from Aryan, Munmun, and Arbaaz– Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, and Gomit Chopra were also arrested. So for now total eight number of people are now under the arrest.

What are the sections NCB has invoked against Aryan Khan?
The NCB has invoked serious allegations against Aryan Khan. Four sections of the NDPS Act have been imposed on Aryan so far. The section defines crimes like producing, manufacturing, possessing, selling, purchasing, transporting, consuming, importing, exporting any kind of drug/ psychotropic substance. Moreover, Aryan is also booked under Section 20 (b) which relates to the usage of cannabis, Section 27 relates to the consumption of drugs. He is also booked under Section 35 which relates to the presumption of culpable mental state.
Apart from all of these, NCB has also said that they have proof in form of WhatsApp chats that has a conversation with peddlers and suppliers.
Celebrity comes in support of SRK and Aryan
Salman Khan extended his support to the actor and reached his home as soon as he got the news of Aryan’s arrest. Sunil Shetty also said that the media should listen to Aryan and the law before landing on any conclusion.
