Bridgerton Season 2 Teaser Shows The Romance Of Regency Era
Bridgerton season 2 surprised fans through a teaser in the Netflix’s global fan event ‘TUDUM‘. The long awaited show has teased fans with a particular scene from the season 2. The characters in the show are discussing on an important topic.
In the teaser Jonathan Bailey(Anthony Bridgerton) is getting some insights from a new face in the show. However, fans really appreciated their effort to share something from the new season.
Moreover, the show has a new story line and new characters who are ready to sweep fans’ feet. But Netflix has treated fans with more than their expectation.
Bridgerton season 2- What’s New?
Bridgerton debuted in December of 2020, since then it has attracted a vast audience. Also the Regency era romance gave a new vibe to the viewers. However, the show anticipated over $63 million but to their surprise the total count was $82 million.
But now the show has new factors as an addition to it. The show’s lead Anthony Bridgerton meets Kate Sharma. And Simone Ashley has the honors of playing the role. As her sister Charithra Chandran joins as Edwina Sharma, sister of Kate.
Sharma Sisters are an addition to the show, and both expressed their joy of being in the spotlight.
The Plot For Season 2 And Returning Cast Members
Anthony is lost searching for true love and fans are gazing over the cliffhanger in the previous season. As season 2 commence Anthony is still on the quest of searching. And astoundingly he find Kate Sharma who has all the qualities that he requires.
The show has adapted the plot from Julia Quin’s bestselling series ‘The Viscount Who Loves Me’. If the show follows its path the story may go in a different way. So now Anthony may get married to Kate’s sister because of some issues in the family. And this happens only if the story goes according to the novel.
However, Phoebe Dynevor returns as Daphne Bassett along with her many returns to the cast. Unfortunately Regé-Jean Page will not continue in the show.
But for fans they will experience Bridgerton season 2 only from 2022.
