BTS Prepares for the First Offline Concert in Two Years at Los Angeles

The ‘PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LA’ will be held on November and December

On September 28, BTS announced via official SNS of their community platform Weverse, that they will hold an offline concert. And that too, the “BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE” concert will be held in Los Angeles!

This comes as a big surprise, seeing as how concerts were either cancelled or switched to online streaming platforms due to the pandemic. BTS being ready to hold a concert in LA has brought back hope for not just BTS fans, but fans of other artists as well. This could be a sign that more concerts will be performed on stage.

According to their managers Big Hit Music, the concert will be held at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. The SoFi is where Super Bowl 2022 is scheduled to take place. BTS will perform on November 27-28 and also on December 1-2. Their last offline performance was the ‘2019 BTS WORLD TOUR LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF THE FINAL,’ held in Seoul, South Korea in 2019.

But before that, BTS will have an online concert for ‘BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE‘ on 24th October.

BTS ARMY’s conflict with James Corden

On an unrelated note, late night host James Corden found himself in hot soup after some recent comments. Corden had been on good terms with the boy band, and Jimin even called him ‘Papa Mochi’ when they came to his show. He even put it in his Twitter bio.

But when BTS came to the UN General Assembly’s Sustainable Goals Movement, he said that the event marks the first time that 15 year old girls everywhere found themselves wishing that they were Secretary General António Guterres. ARMY didn’t like being referred to as ’15-year-olds’ and are demanding that he remove the ‘Papa Mochi’ tag from his bio.
