CW’s ‘ Batwoman’ to see Bridget Regan as Poison Ivy
A new member was added to the list of cast members of Batwoman. The upcoming season of the CW show will see Agent carter star , Bridget Regan as Poison Ivy in it’s season three . The star will be filling the shoes of a very important supervillain. She will be seen as a recurring guest star on the show.
Bridget Regan is a popular actress who has also previously worked in other shows. She has acted in multiple projects like Paradise lost, The last ship, Agent Carter, Jane the Virgin and white-collar. Fans are excited to see her once again on the screen.
Batwoman is doing well, as it was picked up for a third season in January 2021. This was after Ruby Rose made her exit and Javicia Leslie took her place as the Titular character in the series. Ruby Rose left the show in season one itself. Despite that the ratings of the show continue to be on the rise.

Poison Ivy plays the role of a super villain in DC comics. She was a Botany student at Gotham University and wanted to be a botanist. Ivy wanted to do something good for the world. All went downhill and she changed her ways after going through something terrifying. She was shaken up when she was experimented upon by a colleague who injected various chemicals like plant toxins into her body. Her character can additionally be described as a biochemist and botanist who is misanthropic and possess a poisonous touch. She also has control over plant life and uses her powers for ecoterrorism.
