ENHYPEN beats their own record
ENHYPEN’s first full-length album Dilemma set records for pre-order sales, based on Stone Music Entertainment and Genie Music. As of September 23, Dimension: Dilemma had sold more than 600,000 copies in six days. The number of physical album pre-order sales represents ENHYPEN’s new personal record. Additionally, they broke their previous record set by their 2nd mini album, Border: Carnival.
Currently, ENHYPEN continue to set new records and prove that they are among the top hot icons of the 4th generation. ENHYPEN will release ‘Dimension: Dilemma’ on October 12. Originally, this month set for the album’s release.
A handful of members of the group responded positively to COVID-19, causing it to be postpone to October. Even so, ENHYPEN fans excited as the studio records another record in sales.
An impressive comeback
In the new album, Engineers express their frustrations and concerns for the band’s health. Additionally, Dimension: Dilemma marked ENHYPEN’s best pre-ordered album of all time. ENHYPEN’s manager, HYBE, announced their debut studio album release after getting a green light from the Korean Health Department.
Dimension: Dilemma is releasing digitally on October 12 in three ways. At 12 am KST on September 22, Scylla will release on their first mood board. Fan saw three versions of one picture describing agony, each one depicting an element of agony.
A second mood board showed Sunoo holding a coin in his hand as he heard many coins drop. As a result, fans expect ENHYPEN to make a powerful comeback, the images have attracted a lot of attention.
Creating ENHYPEN was a major effort
BELIFT LAB created ENHYPEN as its first project. Additionally, there is a new joint venture between HYBE (formerly Big Hit Entertainment) and CJ ENM. HYBE is home to groups such as BTS and Seventeen.
There are five members in the group: Heesung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, and Niki. Despite this, they are still very young. Yet, responsibilities and position astonish everyone around. Nevertheless, Vocalist, Rapper, Dancer, Vocalist, Dancer, Leader, and Maknae are their positions. The band’s first full-length since their debut is called Dimension: Dilemma.
The band is due back in six months. They released ‘Border: Carnival’ as their second mini album.
