The much-awaited Korean drama has premiered and fans welcomed it with open arms. Hometown cha-cha- cha premiered recently on Saturday 28th August at 9p.m kst. The latest tvn drama shows a lot of promise at the beginning itself. As soon as it aired it hit number one ratings.
The drama is a remake of the popular movie, Mr Hong. Fans had been waiting for the drama to release and showered the premier with love, appreciation and strong viewership. The show is a new romantic drama set in a small seaside village called Gongjin.
According to Nielsen Korea , the romantic weekend drama premiered with a nationwide rating of 6.8. It peaked at 8.1. The new showtook the first spot in its time slot across all cable tv channels. Additionally including all the public broadcast channels.
Cast and plot
The drama has been highly anticipated across the masses. Furthermore Shin Min Ah and Kim Seon Ho are starring as the main leads. subsequently, it has a strong plot. Shin Min Ah plays the role of a dentist , Yoon Hye Jin who has just moved from the city of Seoul to a small and quaint seaside village known as Gongjin to open her own practice. There she encounters Kim Seon Ho plays the role of Hong Doo Shik. He is kind and an odd job expert in the village and helps everyone around. Furthermore ,The main cast member, Shin Min Ah will be appearing on TV after two years.
