A golden birthday for Kylie Jenner!
Kylie Jenner is a known name around the globe. The beauty mogul is known for her fashion, beauty and business, and she will be turning 24 in August. On her 24th birthday, the youngest business magnet is set to launch her new collection.
This isn’t the first time the model has lavished her birthday celebrations. Kylie honoured her billionaire status with a money-themed makeup line for her 22nd birthday. And why not? The reality star is stepping it up a notch this year and she has a lot to be thankful for.
Similarly, Kylie announced the theme with a topless shot in which she was spray painted gold. Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Cosmetics brand is releasing yet another birthday collection.
The top-notch campaigning
What would a Kylie Cosmetics collection be without a bold, over-the-top marketing campaign?
Jenner collaborated with Ariel Tejada, a long-time makeup artist and colleague, to create an absolutely stunning beauty look.
The shining look, which comprised exquisite yellow gold and bronze eye makeup set against a shimmering skin and well maintained arches and glossy lips.
Tejada created a Smokey basis with a mix of matte copper, yellow, and chocolate eyeshadows. It created the groundwork for some extremely artistic eyeliner flourishes.
Jenner’s eyelid crease had a double dosage of yellow liner across the inner and outer corners. It faded out in the centre creating a negative space look.
The Golden Kylie Jenner Look
Jenner’s cat-eye makeup was given a boost with a layer of sparkling gold liner underneath.
A wash of gold highlighter, which she designed for the limited edition collection, was used to enhance her cheekbones further. Furthermore, Jenner lined her lips and applied a generous amount of her new lip lacquers in contrasting pink-nude tones to finish off her immaculately made-up face.
The entrepreneur flaunted an all-over body shimmer in a matching gold mesh bikini top and tiny skirt. She paired her look furthermore with thick gold chains. Jenner attributed her radiance to an application of the new Kylie Cosmetics body glow. It is a liquid highlighter that gave her limbs a brilliant sheen. The breath-taking shoot, which could just be our favourite yet, was completed with XXL hair extensions. Also, some extra blonde hair pieces were used.
One thing is certain: when the collection launches on August 8, we’ll be buying everything.
