Get excited! 3rd OVA coming
Our favourite otaku couple returns with a new OVA. The trailer for the 3rd OVA for the anime Wotakoi: Love is Hard For Otaku has released. In addition, the OVA will come with the special edition of the 11th volume of the manga. Moreover, the volume will be available in Japan on October 14, 2021. ‘Shin Ryokou to Negaigoto’ is the title of the third OVA set to release on October 21, 2021.
It’s an awkward relationship
Fujita is the creator of Wotakoi: Love is Hard For Otaku, a Japanese manga series. Despite this, Ichijinsha published the manga in April 2014 for the entire period through July 2021. Ichijinsha is a famous Japanese publishing company. In addition, the anime adaptation aired 11 episodes in Spring 2018.
Later that year, an OVA aired. Animated by A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online). Finally, the series and its first OVA also directed by Yoshimasa Hiraike (Nyanko Days). The second OVA aired in February 2021. Yuri Kuma Arashi animated it at Studio Lapin Track. Finally, Yayoi Takano (Naruto Shippuden) directed the episode. The same director and animation studio are also working on the third OVA.
As Otakus, we understand each other
As Narumi Momose sleeps through all four alarms on her fourth day of working at a new office, she finds herself running late. Furthermore, as she races to catch her train, she vows to remain secretive about her dark secret. And that she is both an otaku and a fujoshi. Despite this her plan goes awry immediately. Even so, she runs into an old school friend when she meets Hirotaka Nifuji. Her secret is kept by inviting him for drinks after work.
In brief, his cover is blown when he asks if she will attend the Summer Comiket. In addition, the only witnesses are otaku themselves: Hanako Koyanagi and Tarou Kabakura. Hence, the two otaku commence their adorably awkward relationship.
